Earth Day Road G Clean-Up
Join Southwest Colorado Canyons Alliance, Canyons of the Ancients National Monument, Osprey Packs, and Battle Rock School for an Earth Day Clean-Up along Road G! Help us care for our public lands and keep this beautiful landscape clean.
📅 Date: Tuesday, April 22, 2025
🕘 Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
📍 Meeting Location: Battle Rock School, 11351 Road G, Cortez, CO 81321
We’ll kick off the event with a brief welcome and safety talk at Battle Rock School before heading out to clean up. At 11:45 a.m., we’ll return to the school for a community lunch with students, families, and volunteers.
🧤 Trash bags, gloves, and light refreshments will be provided.
👟 Please wear layers, sturdy shoes, a hat, and sunglasses. Don’t forget sunscreen and a water bottle!
